TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided under Planet 9 AI Brand Studio Plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

1. Plan Descriptions

Tier 1: AI Brand Essentials

Fee: CA$6,000.00
Duration: 1 month
Deliverables: Brand positioning, custom ChatGPT AI agent setup, 12-month marketing strategy.

Tier 2: Advanced AI Growth

Fee: CA$11,000.00
Duration: 60 days
Deliverables: All Tier 1 services, website and SEO audit, 3-month content calendar, and social media setup.

Tier 3: Complete AI Brand Transformation

Fee: CA$17,500.00
Duration: 3 months
Deliverables: All Tier 2 services, complete brand playbook, AI workflows, campaign development, and SEO & SEM enhancements.

Optional Add-On:

New Website Design & Development: CA$5,000.00.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due in weekly instalments, payable every Friday by the end of the day.
Prices exclude applicable taxes, billed separately.
Subscription or third-party tool fees will be discussed and billed separately.

3. Deliverables and Timeline

Tier 1: Delivered within 1 month.
Tier 2: Delivered within 60 days.
Tier 3: Delivered within 90 days.

Delays caused by the client may impact timelines.

4. Revisions

Each deliverable includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at CA$150 per round.
 

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality for all shared proprietary information.
 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations before the project start date incur a 10% processing fee.
No refunds are issued after the project begins due to the custom nature of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment. Planet 9 AI Brand Studio may showcase anonymized project details in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
 

8. Liability

Planet 9 AI Brand Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its services. The client is responsible for implementing deliverables.
 

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. Unresolved disputes will follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
